Quick n’ Easy Elk Steaks
4 small elk steaks or chops 1 can mushroom soup
1 small onion chopped 1 can mushrooms drained & rinsed
¼ cup green pepper
Heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet and add elk meat. Pour in soup and add onion and mushrooms. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes. Add green pepper and simmer for an addition 5 more minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
