Peach Sauce for Elk Steaks

1 medium can peaches drained
3 Tbsp. Teriyaki sauce
1 Tbsp each cornstarch and sugar
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. Each fennel seed and black pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Puree peaches in blender and add to sauce pan. Add the rest of the ingredients except garlic. Simmer 2 minutes, add garlic, and pour over browned elk steak. Simmer 20 minutes.
