Elk Steak Box

The Elk Steak box includes a selection of 5 lbs of boneless U.S.D.A. inspected elk steaks. They are cut approximately 3/4 to 1 " thick and are very lean. The steaks are packaged one to two per package and are cryrovaced for maximum freezer life.
