Elk and Mushroom Meatload

1 1/2 lbs. Ground elk meat
1/2 tsp. Garlic salt
1/2 tsp. Parsley flakes
1/8 tsp. Dill weed
1/8 tsp. Basil
1/4 cup milk
1 can mushroom drained and rinsed
1 egg slightly beaten
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
3/4 cup oatmeal or soft bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. BBQ or catsup

In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Shape into desired shape (loaf, ring, etc.) and place in oiled pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until brown. Add salt and pepper to taste.
