Lite Tracks All Natural Foods is a family owned company dedicated to providing our customers with the best all natural and organic products available. We are a small company with a simple vision. We want our customers to feel good by eating well. From our elk meat to our wild salmon, we have carefully selected products that you can feel good about feeding your family.

Our primary product is our all natural elk meat. We raise the elk ourselves on our 200 acre ranch in Western Colorado. The ranch has alfalfa and grass pastures mixed in with native shrubs and trees where wild big game has grazed in the past. We never feed anything artificial or unnatural. Lite Tracks elk meat does not have the gamey taste often associated with wild big game. Plus, when you buy Lite Tracks All Natural Elk Meat, you are obtaining USDA inspected meat of the purest quality

Big game meats are a healthy alternative for your meals. Elk meat is naturally lean and high in protein. Elk steaks are a low fat and low cholesterol red meat. All of these products offer healthy choices for a balanced diet. From wild fish to free range chicken and beef these products are free of unnatural chemicals.

Our wild fish are caught far out in the ocean where the water is pure and their meat is still firm and in prime condition. We purchase our seafood and fish from suppliers who provide wild fish only.

Anyone living within along the I-70 corridor from Rifle to Vail and south from Glenwood Springs to Aspen and Snowmass Village can have their elk steaks, other elk meats, and wild fish delivered right to their doorstep by our custom meat deliver truck.
